The following events below are relative to the Central Florida area, encompassing the fun and thrills of the Halloween season. With increasing interest for more spooky season excitement from both locals and vacationers, many events now have extended select dates from September until November. If you're in search for pumpkins, a house of horrors, goblins, LEGO characters, sinister scare zones, trick-or-treating, or perhaps a little Hocus Pocus before the Christmas holiday (dare we say it), you're in for quite the treat here in Orlando.
Halloween Horror Nights 2023 at Universal Orlando Resort
It’s back - but can we say it’s better than ever? Only one way to find out. On select nights (from Sept. 1 - Nov. 4, 2023), Universal Studios Orlando brings to you 10 terrifying haunted houses, scare zones, themed food & drink, live music & entertainment, and of course, the park’s best attractions during the 32nd year of Halloween Horror Nights. The Houses to look forward to: The Exorcist: Believer, Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count, Universal Monsters: Unmasked, Stranger Things 4, The Last of Us™, Dr. Oddfellow’s Twisted Origins, Dueling Dragons: Choose Thy Fate, YETI: Campground Kills, The Darkest Deal, and Bleed for the Blood Moon.

Halloween Spooktacular at SeaWorld Orlando
Wonderfully ghoulish, kid-friendly, and included with Park Admission, Halloween Spooktacular is making its way to SeaWorld Orlando on select Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (Sept. 16 - Oct. 31, 2023). The event brings candy, Sesame Street friends and other surprises to you and the family. What else to expect from this daytime event? Prepare yourself for a Trick-or-Treat Trail, Halloween Dance Party, and to show off your best spooky costume (subject to the park’s dress code). Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando
Welcoming the Halloween event that's gracing us with its terrifying presence for the third time at SeaWorld - it’s Howl-O-Scream Orlando. This fall, experience 25 nights (select nights Sept. 8 - Oct. 31, 2023) of fear & terror by braving through 7 scare zones & roaming haunts, 5 houses of horror, live shows, and nighttime coaster rides. Need to hydrate after a night full of screams? Be sure to run to the nearest themed bar and take refuge with liquid fuel before continuing on, so long as a roaming siren doesn't get to you first.

The Haunted Road Orlando
Perhaps your car will save you, perhaps not. The Haunted Road is a drive-thru Halloween experience (in Orlando, FL) located on one of the last remaining haunted roads in Central Florida (you heard right, haunted). You as a ghost-hunting traveler now get to conjure up and witness for yourself the rumors of eerie occurrences. Dates are currently TBD.Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
It’s getting extra spooky up in here! Originally, Disney After Hours Boo Bash at Walt Disney World Resort replaced Mickey's Not-So-Scary in 2021, but has since returned to normalcy! This ghoulishly great event is back home with our favorite Disney characters: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and pals.Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party resides at Disney's Magic Kingdom, featuring character sightings, including the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus at their Villain Spectacular, and Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, showcasing the many faces of Disney, along with a few faces from the Haunted Mansion. Visitors can also trick-or-treat throughout the park, and enjoy a spectacular fireworks show - hosted by Jack Skellington himself - at the Cinderella Castle to close out the night. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a VERY popular costume party event and is known to sell out quick. From select nights Aug. 11 - Nov. 1, 2023.

Brick-or-Treat at LEGOLAND Florida Resort
Spooky, kooky, kid-friendly fun - are you in? This year LEGOLAND offers their signature Halloween event, Brick-or-Treat, bringing adventures like trick-or-treating for the entire family, never-before-seen exclusive characters, and so much more.
