Set in the heart of Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, Westgate Park City Resort & Spa offers luxury ski resort accommodations with a spectacular view. Home to the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, Park City is known for having the greatest snow on earth. Now you can enjoy that winter wonderland right along with an equally incredible fine dining experience.
Westgate Park City’s illustrious and award-winning Edge Steakhouse is thrilled to announce the opening of EDGE 360, an all-new luxury private dining alternative. Guests can enjoy unique and luxurious dining under the stars inside one of two AlpenGlobes.
This outdoor dining is available year-round as each globe features an infrared heating system, fresh air recirculation, an independent sound system, and variable mood lighting. Better yet, the glass enclosed globes also offer 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains.
The globes seat up to four guests and are available for two 90-minute seatings per night – one at 5:30 pm and again at 8:15 pm. Reservations start at $200.
Edge Steakhouse offers a cutting-edge culinary experience, and the restaurant has received a long list of awards and accolades. Chef Wayne E. Christian has introduced an extraordinary menu blending traditional steakhouse favorites and entrees with appetizers and unique side dishes. Guests enjoy top-quality USDA Certified Prime Aged Beef, Wagyu Beef, wild caught fresh fish and seafood that's flown in daily. There's also a full bar with specialty drinks, domestic, international and local beers, as well as one of the largest and most comprehensive wine lists in Park City.
